I am member of the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors and have been a licensed Real Estate Agent in Pennsylvania since 2004. I represent both Buyers and Sellers in real estate transactions. I have a background in development, design, and construction. I am a Partner in Onion Flats LLC, one of Philadelphia’s top Architectural/Design/Build firms with a focus on LEED Certified, ‘sustainable” and “green” projects.

My construction experience provides a critical eye that points out property benefits and exposes defects, as we search for the “right” home. I am an expert in correctly pricing your property so that we will generate interest and offers in an appropriate amount of time. As a listing agent, I have represented and sold some of, if not the most, premier properties in Old City, Northern Liberties, and Fishtown.
